IWCF DRILLING WELL CONTROL – LEVEL 2 (INTRODUCTORY)

DESIGNED FOR:
The Level 2 course is designed for delegates working in roles which may directly contribute to the creation, detection or control of well influx and Operation Team personnel - well-site-based position whose action or inaction could directly influence well control assurance.
OVERVIEW:
The aim of this course is to provide a basic understanding of drilling a well and the fundamental principles involved in maintaining well control.
Level 2 is available for Drilling and Wells Personnel Basic Training

COURSE DELIVERY:
The course is delivered using presentations supported by animations and videos and supplemented by a workbook.
IWCF TEST:
Two written tests, one in Principle & Procedures and one in Equipment and one practical simulator test.
Successful completion of the course and examination will result in IWCF Level 2 certification which is valid for five years.
