PTS conducts IWCF and IADC drilling and well intervention certification courses
IWCF WELL INTERVENTION PRESSURE CONTROL
This course is for people who are in critical well control positions during well intervention operations.
The program has 3 levels,
- Level 2 (Introductory)
- Level 3 (Operator)
- Level 4 (Supervisor)
We are approved for delivering all levels. The courses are designed to provide position- or role-specific training and assessment to assure individuals have the competence to fulfill their well control responsibilities in the oil and gas industry.
Who should take this course?
Level 2: We recommend Assistant Operators (Wireline, Coiled Tubing, and Snubbing) should attend this course.
Level 3: Equipment Operator (Wireline, Coiled Tubing, Snubbing).
Level 3-4: Single Discipline Supervisor/Engineer (on successful completion of Level 3 should progress to level 4).
Level 4: Well Services Supervisor/Completion Supervisor/Service Leader.
